I had 3 boxes and 1 harmonium to be moved. Unfortunately, the harmonium was not packed properly at all. Instead of bubble wrapping it securely, they only laminated it and covered it with newspaper, which is completely inadequate for such a delicate item.

To make matters worse, one of the boxes was torn, and items were spilling out of it. I was assured that everything would be bubble wrapped properly, but this was clearly not the case.

Overall, the packing service was far below the standard I expected.
